Birmingham Police have identified the city's most recent teen murder victim as a Clay-Chalkville High School student.Investigators say Kamaree Shondale Phillips, 17, was found shot to death Saturday evening.Police say that shortly after 4 p.m. they received a call about a shooting at the Magnolia Apartments at #32 Westchester Court.When they arrived they found Phillips lying unresponsive outside of a vehicle. Birmingham Fire and Rescue rushed him to the hospital but he died before arriving.Investigators believe Phillips was in a vehicle at the apartment complex when someone walked up, began firing at him, then ran away.He becomes the third teen killed in Birmingham in the last week. There are no suspects in custody.Police hope someone who was outside and saw this shooting will call them at 205-254-1764 or make an anonymous call to Crime Stoppers at 205-254-7777.
