IT’S GOING TO MAKE FOR A BEAUTIFUL START TO OUR MONDAY FINALLY FEELING LIKE FALL. SO THAT LOW HUMIDITY IN PLACE REALLY RIGHT ON THROUGH THE UPCOMING WORK WEEK. NO SIGNS OF THE MUGGIER AIR, AT LEAST IN THE NEAR TERM. MONDAY MORNING, LOW TEMPERATURES IN THE 50S IN MOST AREAS, MIDDLE TO UPPER 50S. THAT’S WHERE WE’RE TRACKING THOSE TEMPERATURES DRY, SUNNY MANY DAYS AHEAD WITH HIGH PRESSURE LOCKED IN ON TOP OF US, PROVIDING A PRETTY TRANQUIL WEATHER. WITH THOSE COMFORTABLE TEMPERATURES, YOU CAN ALREADY START TO SEE THE SIGNS OF THAT NORTHWEST BREEZE PULLING IN THAT DRIER AIR. THE CLOUD MOTIONS THIS AFTERNOON. THOSE CLOUDS ARE ALREADY STARTING TO FADE AWAY AS THE DRIER AIR TAKES HOLD. WE’LL LOOK AT CLEAR SKIES OVERNIGHT TONIGHT. 81 STILL IN BIRMINGHAM. SO IT’S WARM OUT THERE RIGHT NOW BEFORE THOSE TEMPERATURES DROP. 86 TUSCALOOSA ALREADY, THOUGH, DOWN INTO THE UPPER 70S IN NORTH ALABAMA, 81 GADSDEN AND 81 DEGREES IN ANNISTON, 85 IN CLANTON. SO LET’S GO AHEAD AND WATCH THOSE TEMPERATURES FALL THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS AT 9 P.M. ALREADY DOWN TO 71 UNDER CLEAR SKIES 60S. QUICKLY LATER TONIGHT, AFTER MIDNIGHT, WE’RE DOWN INTO THE LOW 60S AGAIN, EVENTUALLY GETTING DOWN INTO THE UPPER 50S FOR EARLY TOMORROW MORNING. SO AROUND 59 IN BIRMINGHAM. SOME SPOTS, THOUGH, NORTH AND EAST ALABAMA, OBVIOUSLY COOLER THAN THAT, 59 AGAIN TUESDAY MORNING. AND THEN WE’LL SETTLE IN THE LOW 60S, UPPER 50S FOR LOWS THROUGH THE REST OF THE WEEK REALLY EACH DAY TEMPERATURES A FEW DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE FOR THIS POINT OF SEPTEMBER. SO I MENTIONED THE COOLER TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE NORTH AND EAST. LOOK AT GADSDEN TOMORROW MORNING, MAYBE DOWN TO 55. A FEW 54 IS 53 POSSIBLE NEAR 59IN CALERA CLANTON 59 DEGREES IN TUSCALOOSA WITH LOTS OF SUNSHINE IN THAT DRY AIR IN PLACE. TOMORROW AFTERNOON, WE WILL WARM UP HIGH TEMPERATURES LOWER TO MIDDLE 80S AND THAT’S BASICALLY WHAT WE’RE LOOKING AT COMING UP THROUGH THE UPCOMING WORKWEEK. VERY SUNNY, PLEASANT WITH THE LOWER HUMIDITY IN PLACE. A STRING OF NICE DAYS, LOW TEMPERATURES, AGAIN, UPPER 50S CLIMBING BACK INTO THE LOWER 60S FOR THE SECOND HALF OF THE WEEK.
