Fire causes serious damage at Trussville Burger King restaurant
No one was inside when a Burger King restaurant caught fire in Trussville on April 4.The fire chief said fire crews responded just before 5 a.m. and saw flames shooting through the roof at the Chalkville Mountain Road eatery.The chief said there was extensive damage to the kitchen area, and the roof collapsed in the rear area of the building.No one was injured, and the fire marshal is looking for a cause.
