Noble Street in downtown Anniston was supposed to be filled Thursday night with people ready to cheer on the Anniston High School Bulldogs as they gear up for their homecoming game on Friday. Many people said their excitement turned to disappointment when school officials canceled the parade out of caution for everyone’s safety.“This is something they do every year,” Anniston High School parent Brandi Dobbins said. “Homecoming week is a big thing at Anniston High.
